The Xero Shoes Scrambler Trail Mid WP is a barefoot shoe designed for trail walking and outdoor adventures, offering excellent grip – while remaining incredibly lightweight and comfortable on the foot. The thin, zero-drop sole provides excellent ground feel, and the upper is made from waterproof mesh with reinforcements around the toe box and along the outer side for added durability.

Size chart
The size chart measures the inside measurements of the shoe. To choose the right size, measure your own foot with your heel against a wall and up to the longest toe. This is your foot measurement. To choose the right size, add 0.8-1.5 cm to your foot measurement.

- Thanks to the generous volume, the shoe fits well even for wide or high-volume feet. The lacing extends far down, allowing for a snug fit even on narrower or lower-volume feet.
On-foot feel:
The Scrambler Trail Mid WP is the perfect barefoot shoe for forest walks and outdoor activities where reliable grip is essential. They feel incredibly lightweight, offering a soft, slightly cushioned ground feel. On the foot, the shoe feels sturdy and protective, yet soft and comfortable against the skin. They fit Lina’s foot very well – she has a wide and medium-high foot. She usually wears size 37 (and previously 37.5 in the Scrambler Low), but this model runs larger, so she sizes down to 36.5. Fanny, who has a wide and high-volume foot, finds the shoe a bit snug over the instep. She usually wears size 40 but fits into size 39 in this model. This shows that while the shoe is generous in length, it can feel slightly tighter in volume.
Care instructions:
- We recommend regular care to preserve the waterproof membrane’s performance and to keep the shoes cleaner for longer. Wipe clean with a damp cloth or suitable shoe care products. Follow up with a waterproofing spray, such as Collonil Organic Cover.

The wide toe box allows your toes to spread naturally, promoting better balance and comfort. With the big toe aligned straight, you get efficient toe-off and an active foot with every step. The sole is completely flat, offering zero drop from heel to toe – just as it should be in a true barefoot shoe.
