Your new favourite shoes will be shipped with Bring, Posten, Matkahuolto, DHL, GLS or UPS.
Normally, your order will arrive within 1-5 business days, unless otherwise stated. You will receive tracking information by email and/or SMS, so you can follow your parcel on its way to you.
Shipping costs are added to the order and start from 3.90 EUR or 59 SEK.
We have warehouses in both Finland and Sweden. We always try to ship Swedish customers’ orders from Sweden and Finnish customers’ orders from Finland.
Sometimes, however, a pair of shoes happens to be on the “wrong” side of the Gulf of Bothnia. In that case, we ship it from the other warehouse instead - all so that you receive your shoes as quickly as possible.
If you order several pairs, your order may be split and shipped from both warehouses. In that case, there may be two shipping fees, as the parcels are sent from different countries.
But don’t worry - we will always show this at checkout before you pay.
Our Finnish warehouse is located in the same premises as our store. This means that the shoes may have been tried on in-store, but they are not used.
At checkout, you can choose your pickup point. Sometimes the shipping companies (Posten, Bring, GLS, DHL...) may move the parcel to another pickup point if the first one is full or if the parcel is too large.
Parcels from our Swedish warehouse are not delivered with Matkahuolto. Once they reach Finland, Posti takes over the delivery.
Some models from Be Lenka and Barebarics are shipped directly from Slovakia if they are not available in our own warehouse. The delivery time is usually 4-8 business days.
These parcels are delivered with DHL or GLS, and their delivery terms apply, for example regarding which pickup point they choose.
If you have ordered both products from our warehouse and products shipped from Slovakia, you may receive up to three different parcels, from different addresses. It may sound dramatic, but we do this so that you will receive everything as quickly as possible!
Yes, you can place a VAT-free order to Åland.
Click on "Language / Currency" and select Åland as the country, and the prices will be shown without VAT.
We do not offer free returns to Norway. Any return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Please note: “Store pickup” orders are not shipped. They will wait patiently for you in the store.
If a parcel is not collected, an additional shipping cost will be charged. This will be deducted from the refunded amount.
We love shoes, but we would rather not have them travelling back and forth unnecessarily.
We strive to process returns within one week from the day they reach us, and the refund is issued in connection with this.
For Swedish customers:
To return a product, use the return label found inside one of the shoeboxes. No other information is needed from you.
Returns within Sweden are handled by Bring.
Please note! If you return your parcel via PostNord in Sweden, we cannot guarantee that the return will reach us, and unfortunately we will not be able to refund the products.
If the product was shipped directly from Be Lenka, there will be no return label in the parcel. In that case, email orders@widetoes.com with the subject line “RETURN”, and include your order number and name, and we will take care of it. All shoes must be returned to our own warehouse.

Exchanges
For customers outside Finland:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges outside Finland. If you need to exchange an item, return it to us according to the return instructions. Then place a new order in the online store. Your return will be refunded once it has been processed. If you return your entire order, the original shipping cost will also be refunded, and you only pay shipping for the new order.
For customers in Finland:
Customers from Sweden, Denmark, Estonia and Finland: each order includes one (1) free return shipment.
Customers from Norway: unfortunately, we do not offer free returns from Norway. If you wish to return an item, there will be a return shipping cost.
Customers from the rest of Europe: a return fee of 5 € will be charged and deducted from the refunded amount.
Email us at orders@widetoes.com to receive a return label.
You may return several products, but they must be returned in the same package, at the same time. Please send everything in one parcel, even if your items arrived in seperate deliveries.
We have two warehouses of our own (Finland & Sweden). You will receive a return label for both and can choose which warehouse to return to. We recommend choosing the one closest to you to help reduce environmental impact.
We process your return within about one week after it has reached us.
Once it has been processed, the amount will be refunded to the payment method you used.
If you paid with Stripe or Paytrail, by card or online bank payment, it may take 5–10 business days before the money appears in your account.
We do not offer direct exchanges outside of Finland. If you want to change size or model, simply place a new order in the online store. (A perfect excuse to browse a little more.)
Is there something wrong with the product? Please contact Widetoes Oy Ab in writing within a reasonable time after discovering the fault. You will find the link to the claims form at the bottom of our website.
