Lang.S – formerly known as Tikki Shoes. Lang.S is a family-owned company that has been designing and manufacturing barefoot shoes with care and sustainability in mind since 2011. It all started with a vision to unite healthy lifestyle, environmental responsibility and functional shoe design. Under the name Tikki, the brand quickly became known for its durable, comfortable and eco-friendly barefoot shoes for children – shoes that were also aesthetically pleasing.

Over time, expertise and demand grew, leading to a natural expansion into adult footwear. But the growth and maturity of the company brought with it a desire for renewal and a deeper anchoring in values. Therefore, the company took the symbolic step of changing its name to Lang.S – Language of the Soil – to reflect an even stronger connection to nature, awareness and sustainable creation.

Lang.S are barefoot shoes that combine traditional craftsmanship with modern design, made in the EU – mainly in Romania and Portugal – with natural materials such as chrome-free leather and natural rubber. All shoes are developed with a focus on longevity and comfort, without compromising on environmental values. The company sees the transition to Lang.S as a process rather than an overnight change.
