Barefoot shoes and other items are delivered via Posti (in Finland) or Bring (in Sweden & Denmark & Norway) or DHL & others in rest of Europe, and usually arrive within 1–5 business days, unless otherwise stated. You’ll receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking link once your package is on its way.
Shipping costs are added to your order, starting from €6.99 in Finland for example.
We have warehouses in both Finland and Sweden.
We aim to ship orders to Finnish & Estonian customers from our Finnish warehouse, and to Swedish & European customers from our Swedish warehouse. If an item is not available in one warehouse, we may ship it from the other, so you receive your full order as quickly as possible.
If your order contains multiple pairs of shoes, it may be split and shipped from both warehouses. In such cases, you may be charged two separate shipping fees, as the packages are sent from different countries.
We will always inform you of this at checkout, so you’ll know exactly what the shipping costs will be.
Our Finnish warehouse is located within our physical store, which means some shoes shipped to customers may have been tried on in-store but are always unused.
Products from Be Lenka and Barebarics are shipped from Slovakia if not available in our warehouse. Depending on stock, they are shipped directly from their warehouse within 4–8 business days, unless otherwise noted.
These deliveries are handled via DHL or GLS, and their delivery terms (e.g. pickup point delivery) apply.
If your order includes items both from our warehouse and directly from Be Lenka/Barebarics, your order may be delivered in several separate packages. This is done to ensure you receive everything as quickly as possible.
Åland Islands: You can place a VAT-free order to Åland. Click “Choose language” and select Åland as your country to display correct prices.
Norway: For orders to Norway, free returns are not available. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Note: Items marked for in-store pickup will not be shipped.
If you do not pick up your package, an additional shipping fee will be charged. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you wish to return an item, use the return label included in your package, and fill out the back of the packing slip. If the label is missing, you can simply include a note with the reason for return.
If your order was shipped from our Swedish warehouse (Shelfless), you don’t need to include a return reason—their system processes returns automatically, even without added info.
If the item was sent directly from Be Lenka, there will be no return label in the box. Please email orders@widetoes.com with the subject “RETURN” and include your order number, name, and request for a return label. Returns are handled via Posti in Finland and Bring in Sweden.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving/picking up the order, and the product must be in new, resellable condition. Shoes must not be worn outdoors.
Opened packages of accessories such as insoles, socks, laces, or shoe care products cannot be returned.
Returns made after the return period will be refunded as a store credit.
Please note: Only one free return is included per order. If you received your items in several separate packages, return all items together in one return shipment.
We aim to process your return within one week of receiving the return package. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.
Refunds are processed via your original payment method (e.g. Klarna).
Please note: If you paid by Stripe or Paytrail (credit card or online bank), the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to change the size or product, please place a new order in the webshop.
If you receive a faulty product, please notify Widetoes Oy Ab in writing as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue.
