To choose the right size, do this : Measure your foot. Place your heel against a wall and measure to the longest toe. This is your foot measurement. Add 0.8-1.5 cm to this measurement to know which size to choose. Check the size chart below.
Example: Your foot measurement is 24.4 cm. Choose size 39.5 (25.8 cm) and you will have 1.4 cm extra.

Xero Shoes Scrambler Mid is a barefoot shoe for forest walks and other activities where you need good grip for terrain. What is special about the Scrambler Mid is the outsole, which is made of Michelin rubber and has a really good grip even in the toughest terrain! The shoe has an extremely low shoe weight and in combination with the thin sole, you get an incredibly comfortable barefoot feel in these shoes. The outsole has a thickness of about 4 mm plus grooves, and the removable insole is about 3.5 mm, which you can remove if you want an even thinner shoe.
