Fit and size advice:
True to size Volume: Spacious. The width of the sole is normal but thanks to the high volume, the shoes also fit wide and high feet. The lacing goes far down on the foot so it can be tightened to the right fit for a narrow or low foot.
Xero Shoes Ridgeway has an illusion of a thicker sole than it has. On the foot, it feels light and very comfortable - with a slightly more cushioned sole than the thinnest barefoot shoes. Perfect for both everyday use and longer hiking trips.

Sköna till vardag och promenader
Ridgeway är sköna skor att dra på sig och som passar till det mesta. Jag använder dem till vardags när jag är ute med barnen, på hiking, och även vintertid t.ex. för promenader eller när jag skottar snö. Mycket mångsidiga! Membranet har inte släppt in vatten alls trots att de varit i flitig användning. Jag gillar att sulan är lite mer rejäl med väldigt bra grepp. Den ger lite mer dämpning än många andra barfotaskor, vilket är skönt på långa promenader!

Har foten 23 cm långa och köpte storlek 37. Passa perfekt med vanliga strumpor. Om jag vill ha extra tjocka strumpor, t. ex. på vintern, då skulle jag tänka sig att köpa storlek 37,5.

Jätteskön sko. Sitter stadigt på foten. Har bred ankfot o är väldig känslig mot skav överallt men denna skon passar perfekt. Har lite tjockade sula.

Ridgeway has a thin textile lining that is suitable for spring and fall. If you want to use the shoes in winter, you can complement them with a wool insole and merino wool socks. To choose the right size, do this : Measure your foot. Place your heel against a wall and measure to the longest toe. This is your foot measurement. Add 0.8-1.5 cm to this measurement to know which size to choose. Check the size chart below. (We usually recommend at least an extra cm in hiking shoes, as feet swell a little when they get warm).
Example: Your foot measurement is 24.6 cm. Choose size 39 (25.8 cm) and you will have 1.2 cm extra space in your shoes.
