How to choose the right size:
Measure your foot by placing your heel against a wall and measuring to the tip of your longest toe. This is your foot length. Add 0.8–1.4 cm to this measurement to determine the correct shoe size. See the size chart below. (We generally recommend at least 1 cm of extra space for hiking shoes, as feet tend to swell slightly when they warm up.)
Example: Your foot length is 27 cm. Then choose size 42 (28 cm), which gives you 1 cm of extra space.

Xero Shoes HFS is designed for training and running on roads. The shoe fits very comfortably on the foot and can be adjusted for a perfect fit thanks to the special design with adjustable lacing around the midfoot and forefoot.
Xero Shoes HFS is suitable for running on even surfaces such as roads and asphalt.
Xero Shoes HFS is made of soft materials that feel comfortable against the skin, and the textile effectively removes moisture during your workouts. The outsole is made of durable rubber that provides good grip on hard surfaces. The removable 3.5 mm insole can be removed if you want more of a barefoot feel, but is beneficial to use when running on hard surfaces.
