To choose the right size, do this : Measure your foot. Place your heel against a wall and measure to the longest toe. This is your foot measurement. Add 0.5-1.5 cm to this measurement to know which size to choose. Check the size chart below.
Example: Your foot measurement is 24.8 cm. Choose size 40.5 (26 cm) and you will have 1.2 cm extra.

The outsole is made of durable rubber that provides good grip on hard surfaces. The removable 3.5 mm insole can be removed if you want more of a barefoot feel, but is beneficial to use when running on hard surfaces.
