Xero Shoes Forza Trainer is the perfect barefoot shoe for the gym and workouts - specifically designed for powerlifting and gym training. The shoe is also well-suited for high-intensity workouts such as crossfit and padel. The design with Velcro secures the heel very well for lateral stability, while allowing the toes to spread out and the feet to move naturally thanks to the thin sole. Xero Shoes Forza Trainer won the award for best weightlifting shoe of the year 2023 in a test featuring 44 brands and 160 pairs of shoes!

To choose the right size, do this : Measure your foot. Place your heel against a wall and measure to the longest toe. This is your foot measurement. Add 0.5-1.4 cm to this measurement to know which size to choose. Check the size chart below.
Example: Your foot measurement is 26.8 cm. Choose size 43 (28 cm) and you will have 1.2 cm extra.

The Forza Trainer is also very suitable for walking and quick cardio workouts or sports like padel, tennis, and other similar sports. The outsole has low grooves and grips best on even surfaces. Xero Shoes Forza Trainer features a special design with a high-quality adjustable Velcro strap that continues behind the heel and therefore secures the foot very well within the shoe. The shoes are therefore very stable on the foot and can be favorably used for sports with quick turns, jumps, and explosive movements. The upper of the Forza Trainer is made of textile that effectively removes moisture during training sessions. This model is Men’s and is slightly wider in the last than the women’s model. The men’s model can also be used by women with wide feet.
