VJ Shoes Flow is a versatile running shoe designed to perform on various types of terrain with the help of 3mm lugs.
Please note that the shoes are not barefoot shoes, but they have an incredibly comfortable foot-shaped design. The shoes feature a PerFOAMance (eTPU) midsole that provides excellent cushioning at 25mm/35mm, with a 10mm drop. The spacious toe box allows your feet to move naturally, enhancing balance. An incredibly stylish shoe that is perfect for running, hiking, and everyday use - a true all-round favorite!

To get the right size, do this: Measure your feet from heel to toe (e.g. with your heel against a wall and measure to the longest toe.) This is your foot measurement. Add about 1-1.7 cm extra space to get the right size. Keep in mind that you may want to have a lot of extra space in running shoes because your feet swell when you get hot during exercise.

Fanny has a wide and high foot; she usually wears size 40, but in this model, size 41 feels just perfect, so the shoes are a bit small in size. Very comfortable fit!

Laadukas kenkä
High-quality and sturdy shoe. The sizing is very different compared to other VJ shoes. Out of habit, as a VJ Maxx2 running shoe user, I took the same size as I wear in them, i.e. 38, but I changed to 39 because the Flow is significantly smaller in size. The ride can accommodate special insoles very well.

Otroligt bekväm sko!
I have both wide and high feet, and this shoe fits very well. I've used it for running both on asphalt and in the forest. Very light shoe with good cushioning. I like it a lot!

Favoritskor
I have a normal-width foot with a low arch. I use this shoe for everything! Indoors at work, running errands in town, and walking in the woods. It has good grip but is still good for use on even surfaces. It is wide in the toes but hugs the arch of the foot, so it fits very snugly. It has a fairly high drop, so I usually use it max 3-4 days a week.
