How to get the right size: Measure your feet from heel to toe (e.g., place your heel against a wall and measure to your longest toe). This is your foot length. Add about 1–1.7 cm of extra space to find the correct size. Note that for running shoes, you’ll want a bit more room, as feet tend to swell when you warm up during training.
