To get the right size, do this: Measure your feet from heel to toe (e.g. with your heel against a wall and measure to the longest toe.) This is your foot measurement. Add about 1-1.7 cm extra space to get the right size. Keep in mind that you may want to have a lot of extra space in running shoes because your feet swell when you get hot during exercise.

Lining: Warm fleece

Fanny has a wide and high foot, she usually uses size 40, and in this model, size 41 feels just perfect, so the shoes run a bit small. Very comfortable fit!
