Please note that you should not remove the shoes by pushing them off with the other foot, as the sharp studs can damage the sole at the back.

To get the right size, do this: Measure your feet from heel to toe (e.g. with your heel against a wall and measure to the longest toe.) This is your foot measurement. Add about 1-1.7 cm extra space to get the right size. Keep in mind that you may want to have a lot of extra space in running shoes because your feet swell when you get hot during exercise.
These measurements are checked by Widetoes. We have updated our tables with the inside measurements of the shoes instead of the insoles that we previously measured. The measurements that state approx. still need to be checked with the measure and should also be correct for that size:

Material:
Upper: waterproof and durable, made in one piece for increased comfort and fit
Midsole: made with PerFOAMance technology, including an ETPU material that provides better comfort and cushioning than the usual EVA midsole. This makes running on hard icy surfaces gentler on the feet.
Outsole: Superior Contact technology. Consists of 17 star-shaped studs made of carbon steel, which provide better traction on ice and snow than regular round studs. The studs are 4mm.

Feel on the foot:
Incredibly soft and comfortable shoe! Feels like walking on clouds. It feels like the shoes hug the heel, they fit really well on the foot. Maria has a wide and normal-height foot, she usually wears size 38 in her running shoes, and size 38 fits her perfectly in these as well. Fanny has a wide and high foot, she usually wears size 40, in this model, size 41 feels really perfect, leaving just enough room for running.
