Measure your feet from heel to toe (for example, with your heel against a wall and measure to the tip of the longest toe). This is your foot length. Add approximately 1–1.7 cm of extra space to find the right shoe size. Keep in mind that running shoes should have a bit more room, as your feet tend to swell during exercise.

We have updated our size charts to reflect the inner length of the shoes rather than the insoles, which we previously measured.
