Here's how to choose the right size: Measure your foot. Place your heel against a wall and measure to the tip of your longest toe. This is your foot length. Add 1–1.5 cm to that measurement to determine which size to choose. Keep in mind that when training, your feet warm up and may swell slightly, so it's a good idea to go for around 1 cm of extra space — or a little more. Check the size chart below.
