Vivobarefoot Primus Lite IV is a versatile barefoot shoe for running, training and active everyday life. The shoe is designed to be as little shoe as possible, so that the foot can work as naturally as possible. With a wide fit, thin sole and high flexibility you get natural stability, good ground contact and full freedom of movement with every step.
The lightweight 2mm Primus outsole keeps you close to the ground, while the low sidewall and discreet toe cap provide just the right amount of protection without restricting your foot's movement. The Primus Lite IV is a best-selling all-around barefoot training shoe, now updated with smarter material use and made from recycled, vegan materials*. And with its sleek, minimalist design, it's just as good for everyday wear as it is for training.
See the size chart before purchasing!
Please note that Primus Lite is available in men's and women's models. The only difference is that the women's model is slightly narrower while the men's model is slightly wider. Men with narrow feet can therefore choose the women's model and women with wide feet the men's model.
To choose the right size, do this : Measure your foot. Place your heel against a wall and measure to the longest toe. This is your foot size. Add 0.6-1.5 cm to this measurement to know which size to choose. Keep in mind that when you exercise in the shoes, your feet get warm and swell a little, so choose closer to 1 cm extra, or slightly more. Check the size chart below (we have measured the insole here at Widetoes).
