Vivobarefoot Motus Flex Natural is a super-flexible barefoot training shoe with a thin, split sole for maximum freedom of movement and excellent ground feel during gym workouts, calisthenics, yoga and other indoor training, while also being perfect for everyday wear and leisure. The knitted, sock-like upper wraps softly and adaptively around the foot for a comfortable fit. The outsole contains natural rubber for reliable grip and a more nature-based material choice, while the quick-lacing system makes the shoes easy to put on and take off.
An excellent choice if you want to train as naturally and minimally as possible – almost like being barefoot, but with the protection of a shoe.

- Upper: One-piece knitted, sock-like upper in 61% Tencel, 30% recycled polyester, 7% hotmelt, 2% Roica spandex
- Lining: 100% cow leather
- Insole: Ortholite Performance insole in 70% recycled PU foam and 30% recycled polyester
- Outsole: Motus Flex outsole in 55% synthetic rubber, 25% additives and 20% natural rubber, 2.5 mm base and 1.5 mm tread depth

Care instructions:
- Brush off dirt and wipe with a dry cloth after use.
- Remove the insole and let the shoe dry at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and strong heat.
- If needed: clean with mild soap and water, and allow to air dry away from direct heat sources.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to water, salt and strong chemicals to extend the life of the shoe.

The model combines a very thin and flexible sole with an insole containing a high proportion of recycled materials and an upper made with natural-based yarns, with a focus on thoughtful material choices and reducing the use of virgin resources.
