Vivobarefoot Gobi II Sneaker Leather is a classic sneaker for anyone who wants their feet to feel free all day. The shoe feels soft and natural against the foot and can absorb and release moisture thanks to the properties of the leather. This makes it comfortable both with and without socks, while the material gradually moulds to the shape of your foot over time.

Feel on the foot:
Victoria has a 25.4 cm long foot that is wide but low in volume. She tries the Vivobarefoot Gobi Sneaker II in size 40 and feels that the shoe fits perfectly. The foot-shaped design gives the toes plenty of room to move naturally in the forefoot, while the shoe wraps around the ankle and midfoot in a stable and flexible way. For Victoria’s wide but low-volume foot, the fit works very well: roomy where the toes need space, but without feeling loose over the foot. When new, the material feels slightly stiff, but based on previous experience with Vivobarefoot shoes, it is expected to soften quickly with wear.
Hanna has a 24.5 cm long foot that is normal in both width and height. She tries the Gobi Sneaker II in size 39 and likes the model straight away. On her foot, the shoe fits very well and the fit feels almost perfect. It gives a balanced feel, with good space at the front while still sitting securely over the midfoot and ankle.
Heidi has a 24.5 cm long foot that is both wide and high-volume. She also tries size 39. For her, the shoe works well in the heel, over the midfoot and in height, showing that the model can also suit feet with more volume. However, Heidi has a more square-shaped toe line, and because Vivobarefoot’s women’s models have a slightly sloping toe box, her little toe feels a little squeezed. For feet with a straighter or more square toe line, the shape of the toe box may therefore feel limiting, even though the rest of the fit feels very good.
Care instructions:
To make the leather more water-repellent, you can also treat the shoe with a protective spray, such as Collonil Organic Cover. Brush off mud and clean with a dry cloth. Let the shoe dry at room temperature and avoid direct sunlight or radiators when drying. Also avoid sun exposure during storage.
The shoe is made in Vietnam and consists of 98% natural materials. The outsole is made from 100% natural rubber and developed in collaboration with NFW.
