Regular is suitable for those with narrow to normal-width feet, and Wide fits feet that are normal-width to wide. You can have a pretty precise fit in these sandals. Leave about 3-10 mm in front of the toes. Note that the shape Petal is large in size, and you need to check the size chart to get the right size.
