Feel on foot:
Sandra, who has a narrow foot with low volume and a foot length of 24.5 cm, tries Telmin in size 40 and feels that it works well. The shoe fits close over the midfoot, which suits her low-volume foot nicely and creates a snug, secure feel. At the same time, the wide toe box gives the toes plenty of space, creating a nice balance between support and room to move at the front. For her, size 40 may feel a little unnecessarily long, but one size down would likely be too short.
Tilda, whose foot is 24.4 cm long, average in width and medium-high in volume, finds size 39 too tight right away. When she tries size 40 instead, the shoe feels much better. It still fits very close to the foot, especially over the midfoot, but because the material is soft and the shoe has elastic laces, the fit still works well without feeling uncomfortable despite her higher foot volume. For Tilda, size 40 is therefore the better choice.
