Measure your feet (with your heel against a wall, up to your longest toe). Add 0.5-1.2 cm for extra room inside the shoes and follow the size information in the size chart. The size chart is the insole measurements.
Example: Your foot measurement is 24.9 cm. Choose size 40 (26.0) and you will have 1 cm extra.
