Reima Astelu is a long-awaited barefoot shoe. The shoes breathe very well thanks to the soft and airy textile material. Astelu has elastic laces that make the shoes easy and comfortable to put on. The sole is only 4 mm thick, making the shoes very flexible—a dream for children's feet to play in. These shoes are also suitable as indoor shoes. Astelu is available in the colors: Black, Greyish Green, and Sunset Pink. All colors are available in sizes 22-40.

Measure your feet (heel against the wall, to the longest toe). Add 0.5–1.2 cm to allow extra space inside the shoes and follow the size chart. The size chart shows the insole measurements.
Example: Your foot measures 24.9 cm. Choose size 40 (26.0) and you will get 1.1 cm of extra length.

Fit:
Length: Spacious in length
Width: Suitable for a narrow to wide foot
Volume: Suitable for a low to normal height foot - can also fit a higher instep thanks to the adjustable lacing
Care instructions:
Treat the shoes regularly with a protective spray to shield them from dirt, e.g., this one from Collonil.
The shoes can be machine washed at a maximum of 30 °C. Remove the insoles and laces before washing.
TIP: For a more barefoot feel, you can wear the shoes without the insole, which also provides a bit more width to the shoes.
Size chart:

Gymsko
This shoe is super comfortable and is used by both children and adults in our household. My daughter uses it as a gym shoe and my son uses it as outdoor shoes. I use it as a gym shoe myself!

My 3 year old son loves his Astelu. He is very picky about how shoes fit, but these have worked very well. They are soft and flexible so very comfortable for his feet! He has a very straight toe shape and a lot of width at the little toe, but thanks to the soft material the shoes mold to his feet very well.

Supermjuka!
My son has lived in these shoes since we bought them at the beginning of the summer. Incredibly soft and airy and easy to put on and take off. He loves them. However, they don't last very long, the sole loosened a bit in the glue from the fabric after intense outdoor play after just a few days and the sole wears out quickly. A very popular shoe although the durability could be better!
