PodoWell Arian is an orthopedic, medical-grade sandal with CE marking. This type of shoe is specially designed to provide support and relief for issues such as swelling, rheumatism, inflammation, or recovery after surgery. Arian is designed to provide extra space and you can easily adjust the fit with two Velcro straps and, if needed, open the sandal completely. The insole can be replaced with your own insole. The shoes are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
Please note that this is not a barefoot shoe - The sole has a heel height of 30mm. The height difference between the heel area and the ball of the foot is approximately 15mm.

▷ How to measure your feet (video)
Size chart
The size chart measures the inside of the shoe. To choose the right size, measure your own foot with your heel against a wall and up to your longest toe. This is your foot measurement. Add about 0.3-1 cm to your foot length to get the right size sandals. Remember that you don't need a lot of extra room in front of your toes in sandals, but a fairly snug fit is usually best.

Feel on the foot:
Very easy to get the shoe on the foot. The two Velcro straps make it easy to adjust the fit, and thanks to these, the shoes can be opened up really wide. Fanny has a wide and high foot and usually wears size 40. For this model, size 40 fits well and the toes have plenty of room, with no seams pressing anywhere. You can feel that the shoes support while still feeling very spacious. If you remove the insole, the feeling becomes more barefoot-like.
Care instructions: Machine washable at 30°C (both shoe and sole). Otherwise, they can be cleaned with a damp cloth and, if needed, spray, e.g., Collonil Organic Cover, to protect against dirt.
