Follow these steps to choose the right size (to reduce return shipping and save the environment):
Measure your feet (with your heel against a wall, up to your longest toe). Add 1.2 -1.5 cm for extra room inside the shoes and follow the size information in the size chart. The size chart is the inside measurement of the shoe. Remember that feet can be different sizes, so measure both feet and start from the longer foot.

"Muris is one of the softest shoes I’ve ever had on my feet!" A very lightweight and flexible barefoot shoe. With two velcro straps, this model is super easy to put on and take off – even for younger children. Elliot, age 3, has a high and average-width foot, and this model fits him really well. He runs and jumps, says they feel comfortable and don’t pinch anywhere. You can see there’s plenty of space around his foot, and he has no trouble putting them on and taking them off by himself. Elliot’s foot measures 15.5 cm, and for him, size 27 (17 cm) fits well. Maria is 4 years old and has a low and narrow foot. This model fits her well and can be tightened enough for a secure fit. Her foot measures 15.5 cm, and she’s trying on the same size as Elliot. We’ve noticed that this model suits a wide range of foot shapes.
