Feel on the foot:
- Muris shoes are made from incredibly soft and comfortable materials! This model opens up easily, making the entry generous. Hanna has a medium-width, high-volume foot. She finds the shoes a bit tight over the instep: the Velcro is hard to close fully, and the laces didn’t need tightening. The toe box, however, fits her foot shape well. Both Sandra and Victoria have low-volume feet and feel the shoes fit them nicely. Our conclusion: this model works well for fairly wide feet, but on high-volume feet it gets tight over the instep quickly. Everyone who tested needed to size up by one from their usual size.
Care-instructions:
- To clean your shoes, you can use the Muris Cleaning Kit, for example. We recommend protecting the shoes with a water- and dirt-repellent spray to keep the surface looking fresh. At Widetoes, you’ll find products like Collonil Organic Cover.

To choose the right size (to reduce return shipping and save the environment): Measure your feet (with your heel against a wall, up to your longest toe). Add 1.2 -1.8 cm for extra room inside the shoes and follow the size information in the size chart. The size chart is the inside measurement of the shoe. Remember that feet can be different sizes, so measure both feet and start from the longer foot.
Keep in mind that this model has a thick lining and therefore we recommend adding a little extra space than in unlined shoes.
