To choose the right size, do this: Measure your foot. Place your heel against a wall and measure to the longest toe. This is your foot measurement. Add 0,5-1.5 cm to this measurement to know which size to choose.
Example: Your foot size is 26.2 cm. Choose size 42 and you will have 0,9 cm extra space in your shoes.

Please note that Hey Dude shoes are not barefoot shoes, as they have an approximately 1 cm drop. The shoes have a straight toe line that gives your toes room to spread naturally. This makes them a great option if you want to try a cushioned yet minimalist shoe, or if you prefer a sole that is not completely flat. The outsole is highly flexible in all directions, and the shoes are very lightweight. For a more barefoot feel and a lower drop, we recommend removing the insole. That makes Hey Dude shoes a very good compromise option for beginners to barefoot shoes.
