Hey Dude Wally Canvas is a very stylish and lightweight summer shoe in a slip-on model with elastic laces. Wally Canvas is equally suitable for work, city outings, and the beach - it truly is a shoe that you can wear for anything during the summer.
Please note that Hey Dude is not a barefoot shoe, as it has a drop of approximately 1 cm. The shoes have a straight toe line where the toes can spread out. Therefore, this shoe is suitable for those who want to try a cushioned yet minimalist shoe or for those who don't want a completely flat sole. The outsole is very flexible in all directions, and the shoes have a very low shoe weight. For a better barefoot feeling and lower drop, we recommend removing the insole. This makes Hey Dude shoes a really nice compromise shoe for beginners in barefoot shoes.

Feel on the foot:
Our staff who have worn barefoot shoes for a long time say the shoe feels cushioned due to the drop. It is better suited for someone new to barefoot shoes or who specifically needs shoes with a drop. But with the insole removed, the shoes become much more comfortable, and the flexible outsole bends with each step. Incredibly low shoe weight and a light feel on the foot! The toe box is about on par with Groundies in width, so it's best for narrow to normal-width feet, but the big toe line is still nice and gives the toes plenty of room. Hanna, who normally wears size 39 in her shoes, has 39 in this model as well, and it fits well on her normal-width and fairly high feet.
Care instructions: Machine washable at 30 degrees (remove the insole first). Spray with Collonil Protect & Care to make the shoes more resistant to moisture and dirt.

Measure the feet (with the heel against a wall, up to the longest toe). Add 0.5-1.5 cm for extra space inside the shoes and follow the size indications in the size chart. The size chart shows the inner measurements of the shoe. These measurements are verified by us at Widetoes:
