Fit and size advice:

Width: Suitable for narrow to normal-width feet - note that Groundies have the narrowest barefoot shoes on the market and do not fit a wide foot
Volume: Suitable for a low to normal-high foot - if you have a narrow and high foot, the shoe works relatively well, but for a wide + high foot, the shoe becomes too small.
Size: Quite long in length, take your usual size or one size smaller.
