Fit:

• Width: Suitable for narrow to normal-width feet - note that Groundies have the narrowest barefoot shoes on the market and do not fit a wide foot
• Volume: Suitable for low to normal-height foot - if you have a narrow and high foot, the shoe works relatively well, but for a wide + high foot, the shoe becomes too small.
• Size: Fairly long in length, take your regular size or one size smaller.

Care instruction:

• Smoth leather: Clean the shoes with a damp cloth and let it dry. Regularly treat with a shoe cream, for ex: BeeVax or spray, for ex: Collonil Organic Cover to keep the leather in good condition and to protect the shoes better from dirt and moisture, for example: 
  
• Nubuck leather: Same as the smooth leather but always treat with spray insted of shoe cream.
