Groundies Palermo is the choice for those seeking a stylish party shoe with room for the toes, allowing natural foot movement. Groundies feature a barefoot-friendly toe box but a narrower last than many other barefoot shoes, making them best suited for those with narrow to normal-width feet. Groundies Palermo has a zero-drop sole that is completely flat from heel to toe.

How to Measure Your Feet

Place your foot inside a box with the heel against the edge or against a wall. Make sure you are standing and applying weight to your foot. Measure from the heel to the tip of the longest toe—this is your foot length.

We recommend leaving 0.5–1.5 cm of extra space in front of the toes for a comfortable fit. Example: If your foot measures 24.2 cm, choose size 39 (25.3 cm) to allow 1.1 cm of extra space.
