The Groundies Palermo Wide+ is the choice for those who want a stylish party shoe with ample toe room and a design that allows natural foot movement. Groundies features a barefoot-friendly toe box, and this model is the Groundies Barfeoot+ Fit, which is wider than Groundies' other shoes. Groundies Palermo has a zero-drop sole that is completely flat from heel to toe.

The size chart measures the inside measurements of the shoe. To choose the right size, measure your own foot with your heel against a wall and up to the longest toe. This is your foot measurement. To choose the right size, add 0.5-1.4 cm to your foot measurement.
