Length: True to size, see size chart before purchase.
Width: Suitable for a narrow to normal-width foot. The brand Groundies has a narrower last than many other brands of barefoot shoes, so they are best suited for those with a narrow to normal-width foot. However, this model is perceived as quite roomy, also in width.
Height: Suitable for a low to high foot, thanks to the generous lacing.

We recommend spraying the shoes to preserve the leather's properties, as well as for protection against dirt. Use, for example, this Protect & Care from Collonil.

Size chart:

The size chart measures the inner dimensions of the shoe. To choose the right size, measure your own foot with the heel against a wall and up to the longest toe. This is your foot measurement. To choose the right size, add 0.5-1.4 cm to your foot measurement.
