The size chart measures the inside measurements of the shoe . To choose the right size, measure your own foot with your heel against a wall and up to the longest toe. This is your foot measurement. To choose the right size, add 0.5-1.4 cm to your foot measurement.

Width: Suitable for a narrow to normal-width foot. The brand Groundies has a narrower last than many other brands of barefoot shoes, so they are best suited for those with a narrow to normal-width foot. However, this model is perceived as quite roomy, also in width.
Height: Suitable for a low to high foot, thanks to the generous lacing.
