Groundies Balance is a very lightweight barefoot sneaker that breathes well and is perfect for warm summer days or as an indoor shoe. Balance is made of soft bamboo viscose that feels comfortable against the skin. The shoes' heel elevation is an illusion - Groundies Balance has a zero drop sole that is completely flat from heel to toe. Groundies feature a barefoot-friendly toe box but a narrower last than many other barefoot shoes, so they are best suited for those with narrow to normal-width feet.
