Groundies Balance 2.0 is a very lightweight barefoot sneaker that breathes well and is perfect for warm summer days or as an indoor shoe. Balance is made of soft mesh that feels nice against the skin. The illusion of a heel lift is just that - an illusion. Groundies Balance has a zero-drop sole that is completely flat from heel to toe. Groundies have a barefoot-friendly toe box but a narrower last compared to many other barefoot shoes, making them best suited for those with narrow to normal-width feet.

Groundies Balance
The size chart measures the inside measurements of the shoe. To choose the right size, measure your own foot with your heel against a wall and up to the longest toe. This is your foot measurement. To choose the right size, add 0.5-1.4 cm to your foot measurement.
