Groundies Active Knit is a sporty barefoot sneaker that is airy, soft against the skin, and very comfortable on the foot. Active Knit is equally suitable for everyday use as for the gym. The upper is made of a knitted textile that molds to the foot, and the toe box provides space for the toes. Groundies have a narrower fit than many other barefoot shoes, so they are best suited for those with narrow to normal width feet. Groundies Active Knit has a zero-drop sole that is completely flat from heel to toe. They look really stylish on the foot, and the narrower fit makes them visually appealing for those not accustomed to barefoot shoes.

The size chart measures the inside measurements of the shoe . To choose the right size, measure your own foot with your heel against a wall and up to the longest toe. This is your foot measurement. To choose the right size, add 0.5-1.4 cm to your foot measurement.

Amazing training shoes or something for the summer

I had Vivo barefoot shoes only so far but Groundies are better to my feet. Narrower and more comfortable, looks more sturdy. Every moment is amazing inside this shoe. As it is wintertime, I tried only indoor, using in the gym, even if I bought for the summer. But now, I'm thinking about to buy a blue for the gym and that will be my ultimate gym shoes. Normally I am wearing 37 and this fit totally to my feet.
