▷ How to measure your feet (video)
To get the right size, do this:
Measure your child's feet by placing the foot inside a box or with the heel against a wall. Let the child put weight on the foot and measure to the longest toe from the wall. This is the child's foot measurement. Add 1 – 1.7 cm to this measurement to get the correct size. The shoes fit correctly when there is about a finger's width of space in front of the toes. If the child has not worn barefoot shoes before, the shoes may feel big, but you will notice that the shoes are too big if the child starts to stumble or if the shoe slips in the heel. In the right size, the child can run and jump without problems. You can see the inside measurements of the shoe below.

How they feel on the foot:

Greta’s foot is 17.9 cm long, with average width and average height. She tries Froddo Tex Spring in size 29, and it fits well, with enough room in front of the toes and a toe box that offers good width.

Over the top of the foot, the fit is slightly snugger. The hook-and-loop straps can still be fully closed, but they need to be tightened a bit more. This model is therefore best suited to children with low to medium-high feet.

Care advice:

Wipe clean with a damp cloth. We recommend treating the shoes with a water-repellent spray before first use, and then regularly afterwards, to help maintain their water-repellent properties.
