Material:

• Upper (smooth surface colors): Vegan and eco-friendly PU leather made from 47% corn production leftovers and PET derived from surplus plastic.
• Upper (brushed surface colors): Vegan materials – recycled PET from textiles and standard PET (polyethylene terephthalate).
• Lining: Synthetic microfiber made from recycled PET (e.g. from bottles, 51%) + PET (49%).
• Insole: Recycled textiles such as PU, hemp fabric, and foam.
• Outsole: 70% recycled rubber + 30% synthetic rubber (e.g. hemp-based).

What we love about these shoes:

• Wide toe box that comfortably accommodates the toes
• Thin flexible outsole for excellent ground contact
• Zero drop outsole - completely flat from heel to toe
• Incredibly low shoe weight
• Two insoles to choose from - use the thicker one for more cushioning and less volume in the shoes
• Soft materials that are truly comfortable on the feet!

Differences between the Peach and Lemon models:

• The Peach model feels wider because the lacing goes further down over the foot – meaning you can loosen the laces more and get maximum space inside the shoe.
• Both models have the same outsole – so in terms of width in centimeters, there's no difference, but due to the lacing they feel slightly different, see above.
• Small visual differences (e.g. reinforcements, rear details).
• Both models feature a mix of smooth and brushed surfaces.

Fit:

• Width: Suitable for a normal to extra-wide foot
• Volume: Suitable for a low to high foot - generous lacing down to the foot can also be well adjusted for a high and wide foot
• Size: True to size, the smaller sizes are somewhat large - most can wear their usual size. Follow the size chart.

Feel on the foot:

• Wow, what a wonderful barefoot feeling in these! The width is generous even for my wide foot, and the thin sole is just as thin as you want it when you've been wearing barefoot shoes for many years. The sole is very flexible and provides good contact with the ground. The soft materials mold nicely to the foot, and the feeling in these is just as we at Widetoes love; like having nothing on your feet. Lina, who usually wears size 37 in most brands (e.g., Be Lenka, Xero, and Groundies), fits well in size 36 in these, and they fit really well on her wide and normal-height foot. Heidi, who usually wears size 39 in sneakers from Be Lenka, Groundies, Vivo, can also wear size 39 in these, and they fit perfectly on her wide and high foot. With the thicker insole, the shoes become too tight for her, but without, the shoes are really good. Fanny have been using these shoes for many months now, and they quickly became her favorites - a pair of comfortable sneakers that are incredibly comfortable on the feet and make you forget you're wearing them!
