D.D. Step Slip-on sneaker is a comfortable summer shoe for children. It features a wide toe box and a very flexible, thin sole. The entire upper is made of soft textile to ensure the shoes feel pleasant on the feet. The shoes are very easy to put on and offer a comfortable, wide fit – a perfect choice for little feet on warm summer days.
Please note: D.D. Step shoes run small—make sure to measure your child’s feet and check the size chart before ordering.
Do this: Measure your feet (with your heel against a wall, up to your longest toe). Add approx. 1 - 1.5 cm for extra space and follow the size information in the size chart. Remember that feet can be different sizes, it is a good idea to measure both feet and start from the larger foot.

Feel on the foot:
Greta, who has a foot length of 17.4 cm, medium-width feet and medium foot volume, tries the D.D Step Slip-on Mini Kid in both size 29 and 30. On her foot, size 29 is too short in length, but the shoe is still clearly roomy over the top of the foot and around the ankle. When she goes up to size 30, the length is more suitable, but the model still feels too roomy to give a stable fit on the foot.
This suggests that the D.D Step Slip-on Mini Kid is not optimal for Greta’s medium-width foot with medium volume. The model is better suited for children with wide feet and high foot volume.
Care instructions:
- Use Collonil Bamboo lotion and wipe with a damp cloth to clean the shoes. You can spray the shoes regularly with Collonil Organic Cover to help them resist moisture and dirt better.
