D.D. Step barefoot sneakers are comfortable spring and summer shoes for kids, featuring a wide toe box and an ultra-flexible, thin sole that supports natural movement. The upper is made from soft textile with velcro straps for a secure and adjustable fit. These sneakers are lightweight and spacious - perfect for little feet on the move.
Please note: D.D. Step shoes run small - be sure to measure your child’s feet and consult the size chart before purchasing.
Do this: Measure your feet (with your heel against a wall, up to your longest toe). Add approx. 1 - 1.5 cm for extra space and follow the size information in the size chart. Remember that feet can be different sizes, it is a good idea to measure both feet and start from the larger foot.

Feel on the foot:
Greta, who has a foot length of 17.4 cm, medium-width feet and medium foot volume, tries the D.D. Step Sneaker Mini Kid in size 30. On her foot, the shoe fits well in length and gives a stable hold around the foot. There is plenty of room in front of the toes, while the fit still feels secure and flexible.
The soft, padded upper allows the shoe to shape comfortably around the foot, and the hook-and-loop straps make it easy to adjust the fit. Thanks to the combination of padded material and good adjustability, the model works well on Greta’s foot, even though it offers generous space. This makes the shoe suitable for many different foot types, from narrow to wide feet and from lower to higher foot volume.
Care instructions:
- Use Collonil Bamboo lotion and wipe with a damp cloth to clean the shoes. You can spray the shoes regularly with Collonil Organic Cover to help them resist moisture and dirt better.
