How to Choose the
Right Size (Reducing

Option 1: Print the Size Guide
- Print the template – Printer settings: A4,
100% scale.
- Check the printed size by placing a credit
card in the marked area.
- Fold the paper at a 90-degree angle and
place your heel against the edge.
- Ensure there is about a finger's width
(0.7–1.5 cm) of extra space in front of your toes.
- Order your shoes and try them at home.
A good fit means: Enough space in front of the toes. The heel stays in
place without slipping.
Option 2: Measure Your Feet (If You Don’t Have a
Printer)
- Measure your foot by placing your heel
against a wall and measuring to the tip of your longest toe.
- Add 0.7–1.5 cm of extra space to determine
the right shoe size.
- Use the size chart below (measurements are
internal shoe lengths).

Trailwalker 2.0 is an updated version with some added details to make an even better product. The new features are: Rubber at the front - it comes up higher for better protection, an insole - to increase comfort, and an elegant detail on the side of the shoe. Be Lenka's Trailwalker 2.0 is a wonderful shoe for those of us who love outdoor activities, training, and hiking and like to combine it with a pair of light barefoot shoes. Trailwalker 2.0 is flexible, comfortable, and light - as if having nothing on your foot - yet they are durable shoes made of robust leather.
The thin 4 mm outsole provides good grip in rough terrain thanks to the grooves in the sole. The sole is very soft and flexible, providing good contact with the ground while still protecting against sharp stones. The toe box is wonderfully wide at the front, allowing the toes to spread so the big toe can be active in the push-off. The feet can move naturally, and since nothing pinches or chafes in these soft shoes, they feel really comfortable even after a long day in nature.
The sturdy loop at the back of the shoes makes them easy to put on and allows the shoes to be attached outside of the backpack to save space when traveling. The upper is made from durable, high-quality leather that offers good protection against water splashes. We use our Trailwalkers both for trail running and hiking in the woods, but they are not really designed for running, and the sole may wear faster if you choose to run with them.
Tip: Regularly spray the shoes with water-repellent spray made for leather surfaces to keep them beautiful and dry for a long time. Dirt can be brushed off the shoes after use once they have dried.
The barefoot shoes from Be Lenka are designed and manufactured in the Czech Republic and Slovakia in the heart of Europe under strict European health, safety, and quality regulations. Be Lenka Trailwalker is unisex and comes in gray, deep sea blue, and olive green.

Jättenöjd med mitt köp! Köpte för att ha på promenader med hunden, går mycket i skog och mark och tror dessa kommer bli toppen. Upplevde storleken som mindre än i andra Belenka, fick ta en storlek större än i mina andra ofodrade från samma märke, men nu sitter dom perfekt ??
