Runs small in size. Check the size chart below. The ErgoGrip sole of this model slopes steeply towards the little toe side (somewhat similar to Vivobarefoot). If you have a straight toe shape, you will need to factor in extra room in the shoes (up to 2 cm extra), so you have enough space in front of the little toe as well.

Size chart

Measure your foot by placing it inside a box or with the heel against a wall. Put weight on the foot and measure to the longest toe. This is your foot measurement. Add 1 – 2 cm to this measurement to get the right size. Compare with the shoe's inner measurements below.
