Measure your feet (with the heel against a wall, to the longest toe). Add 0.5-1.1 cm for extra room inside the shoes and follow the size guidelines in the size chart. The size chart is measured according to the inner dimension.
Example: Your foot measurement is 26 cm, then choose size 40 (27 cm) and you will have 1 cm extra space.
