How to do it: Measure your feet (with your heel against a wall, up to your longest toe). Add 0.5-1.4 cm for extra room inside the shoes and follow the size information in the size chart. The size chart is the inside measurement of the shoe.
Example: Your foot measurement is 24.8 cm. Choose size 40 (25.9 cm) and you will have 1.1 cm extra.

The toes are wide in the last, as barefoot shoes should be – this allows the toes to spread out comfortably. Together with a thin and flexible sole, this activates the foot's muscles effectively in each step. The foot's mobility is also trained, and the flat sole ensures the best conditions for a good posture.
Barebarics Kudos has a light shoe weight and an airy design that keeps the feet fresh and alert all day.
Barebarics are manufactured in Portugal under strict European regulations regarding health, safety, and quality.
