Altra has taken its speed shoe to the next level with the Vanish Carbon 2.
The Vanish Carbon 2 features a full-length carbon plate, an even lighter midsole, and improved flexibility—perfect for both fast-paced training sessions and race days. The shoe features 36mm of cushioning, which provides more comfort on longer runs without losing any ground feel. The updated EGO™ PRO midsole is 32% lighter than its predecessor and offers a softer feel with better energy return and responsiveness in your stride. The new carbon plate has 14% more asymmetry, which provides a more natural—and likely faster—running stride. Combined with more flex grooves in the outsole, flexibility has improved by a whopping 75%.
Ready for a record? Vanish Carbon 2 is too.
