Altra Torin 8 Wide is the perfect road running shoe for anyone seeking comfort and a well-cushioned feel – now with an extra-wide toe box, about 0.5 cm wider than other Altra models. The upper has been updated with lightweight, breathable jacquard mesh. With zero drop and a spacious toe box, the Torin 8 Wide gives your feet freedom to move – ideal for daily runs, long-distance training, or simply as an everyday shoe.

Measure your feet (with your heel against a wall, up to your longest toe). Add 1-1.5 cm for extra room inside the shoes and follow the size information in the size chart.
Example: Your foot measurement is 27.7 cm. Choose size 44.5 and you will have 1.1 cm extra.

Feel on foot:
Wow – what comfort! These shoes are incredibly comfortable! They feel a little roomier than other Altra models. Lina, who usually wears a size 37.5 in Altra, wears a size 37 in these – so you can probably go down half a size compared with your other Altra models. (The sizing is fairly similar to the Escalante Racer.) The sole has really good cushioning – it feels responsive and energetic, not too soft. You still get good ground feel, which many runners appreciate, especially if they are used to a more barefoot-style feel. Torin 8 Wide is a perfect choice for runners looking for comfort, performance and a natural feel in every stride.
