Measure your feet (with your heel against a wall, up to your longest toe). Add 1–1.5 cm of extra space and follow the measurements in the size chart.
Example: Your foot length is 26 cm. Choose size 42.5 to get approximately 1.2 cm of extra room.

Feel on foot:
Lina wears a size 37 in the Solstice XT 3, which is her usual size. She has a wide, low-volume foot and finds the shoe roomy in the toe box, while the upper feels soft and flexible. The shoe fits securely around the midfoot and holds the heel firmly in place, providing a stable feel despite the soft cushioning. It works ??????? for explosive indoor sports and is a great option if you're looking for a bit of extra cushioning in an indoor shoe or a versatile all-round training shoe.
Sandra also chooses her regular size and finds that the fit works well for her feet, which are low in volume and relatively narrow. However, if you have a high instep, the shoe may feel slightly tight over the top of the foot.
