Measure your feet (with your heel against a wall, up to your longest toe). Add 1–1.5 cm of extra space and follow the measurements in the size chart.
Example: Your foot length is 26 cm. Choose size 42.5 to get approximately 1.2 cm of extra room.

Feel on foot:
- Lina tries size 37 in the Solstice XT 3, which is her usual size. She has a wide, low-volume foot and feels that the shoe is roomy in the toe box while the upper is soft and flexible. The shoe sits securely over the instep and wraps around the heel in a reassuring way, which creates a stable feel despite the soft cushioning. It works exceptionally well for explosive indoor sports and is a great option for anyone looking for a little extra cushioning in an indoor shoe or an all-round trainer. Sandra also chooses her usual size and feels that the fit works well for her feet, which are low in volume and relatively narrow. For someone with a high-volume foot however, the shoe may feel slightly snug over the top of the foot.
