Measure your feet (with your heel against a wall, up to your longest toe). Add 1–1.5 cm of extra space and follow the measurements in the size chart.
Example: Your foot length is 25 cm. Choose size 41 to get approximately 1 cm of extra room.

Feel on the foot:
- A luxurious feel right out of the box – truly stylish shoes with well-thought-out details! Lina normally wears size 37, and the same size fits well in this model. The shoes have a slightly wider fit, making them roomy and comfortable, especially for longer runs. The shoe is also roomy around the ankle for Lina, who has a wide, medium-height foot but a relatively slim ankle. By adjusting the lacing and using the top eyelets, the shoes fit very well without any heel slippage. The sole is generously cushioned, providing a stable and well-padded feel. Extra credit goes to the soft and comfortable textile around the heel. Sandra can also wear her usual size in the Olympus 6. However, she has a narrow and low-volume foot, and since this Altra model has a wider fit, she also benefits from using the top eyelets to achieve a more secure and stable fit.
