Altra Experience Flow 3 - an extremely lightweight running shoe. The Experience Flow 3 is a lightweight and smooth road running shoe designed for comfort and a cushioned ride. This updated version features a new breathable mesh upper and a redesigned heel collar that improves fit and step-in comfort. The midsole is made with Altra EGO™ P35, delivering a light, responsive feel and efficient energy return with every stride.

Measure your feet (with your heel against a wall, up to your longest toe). Add 1–1.5 cm of extra space and follow the measurements in the size chart.
Example: Your foot length is 25 cm. Choose size 41 to get approximately 1.2 cm of extra room.

Feel on the foot:
The shoes are perceived as true to size by the staff who have tested them. Lina has a wide, medium-height foot and wears her usual size (37). She feels that the shoes are slightly tight at first, especially over the midfoot, but from experience knows they stretch slightly over time. Despite her wide foot, there is plenty of room in the toe box. The shoes are incredibly lightweight and feel like a model you can comfortably run long distances in. The midsole is both soft and responsive, and the 4 mm drop is hardly noticeable while running. Experience Flow 3 is a clear favorite for Lina when it comes to road running.
