These anti-slip grips are designed for activities such as jogging, running, and walking on snow, ice, and other mixed surfaces. The grips contain a total of 11 hardened steel studs, strategically placed for optimal traction: 7 under the forefoot and 4 under the heel. There is a small reflector at the back of the heel to increase visibility in dark conditions.
