All prices are displayed in euros in EU and Swedish kronor in Sweden and include VAT and other applicable taxes, excluding shipping costs.
The total cost of the purchase will be clearly displayed before the final order is completed and includes all costs related to the purchase, including shipping costs where applicable.
Products are shipped from three different warehouses:
Our Finnish warehouse is located in the same premises as our physical store. Therefore, shoes shipped to customers may have been tried on in-store but remain unused.
At checkout, customers may choose a preferred pickup point. Shipping companies such as Posti, Bring, GLS or DHL reserve the right to redirect parcels to another pickup point if the selected location is unavailable, full, the parcel is oversized, or other operational reasons require it.
Physical products: Products are shipped after the order has been processed.
Digital products: Once an order has been received, digital products are delivered immediately and can be downloaded from the confirmation page after payment. Digital products may also be delivered by email.
Be Lenka and Barebarics products originate from Slovakia, and products not available in our own warehouse may be shipped directly from the supplier’s warehouse depending on stock availability. Delivery time is normally 4–8 business days unless otherwise stated.
Orders shipped directly from Be Lenka are delivered by DHL or GLS, and their shipping and delivery terms apply.
VAT-free orders to Åland can be made by selecting Åland as the country in the language/country selector.
Please note: Unclaimed parcels may be subject to additional shipping and handling costs. Such costs may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Shipping: Physical products are normally shipped no later than the next business day after the order is placed and delivered within a few business days (normally within 4 business days).
Payment: Payment is required once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Card payments and payment processing are handled by external payment providers such as Qliro and Stripe. Widetoes does not store complete payment card details.
Returns: Use the return label included with the shipment and return the products via Posti (Finland) or Bring (Sweden).
If your package was shipped directly from Be Lenka, no return label is included. In such cases, please contact info@widetoes.com with the subject line “RETURN” and include your order number to receive return instructions.
Opened Collonil products, socks, insoles and certain accessory products are not eligible for return.
Please note: Orders shipped to Norway are not eligible for free returns.
Complaints: If a product is defective, customers must notify Widetoes within a reasonable period after discovering the defect. Consumer protection legislation applies in accordance with applicable law.
Right of withdrawal: Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from receiving the product. Returned products must remain in resalable condition. Shoes must not have been used outdoors and original packaging and tags must remain intact.
