Xero Shoes HFS II is designed for training and running on roads. The shoe fits very comfortably on the foot and can be adjusted to a perfect fit thanks to the special design with adjustable lacing around the midfoot and forefoot. Xero Shoes HFS II is suitable for running on even surfaces like roads and asphalt. Xero Shoes HFS II is made of soft materials that feel comfortable against the skin, and the textile effectively removes moisture during workouts. The outsole is made of durable rubber that provides good grip on hard surfaces. The removable insole of 3.5 mm can be removed if you want a more barefoot feel, but it can also be used when running on hard surfaces.

Here’s how to choose the right size: Measure your foot. Place your heel against a wall and measure to the longest toe. This is your foot measurement. Add 0.5-1.5 cm to this measurement to determine which size to choose. Check the size chart below.

Example: Your foot measurement is 24.1 cm. Then choose size 39 (25.3 cm), and you will have 1.2 cm extra space.
